At Ikedo, workers can first learn the knowledge and skills necessary for the job, and then learn how they are put into practice on the factory floor. Our service is distinguished by its thorough training from skills instructors, making it a recommended service for those looking to improve their skills or learn new ones.

We will discuss with you how our staffing system works and what kind of work is available. If this is your first time being placed for a job through staffing, this session will help you.
A simplified aptitude test is used to evaluate your abilities for different work and your knowledge of office automation equipment.
If we find a good position for you during your initial consultation, we will let you know during the interview. If we are unable to find a position immediately, we will contact you later by e-mail or telephone when a position matches your career, skills, and requirements.
Based on your level of expertise, we will match you with staff at IKEDO equipped with the knowledge and skills to train you further. You will learn everything you need to know to get right to work at your new site, and we will take responsibility for teaching you about craftsmanship.
Once a position is made available to you, you will begin work at the site. During your tenure there, a representative of our firm will periodically visit the work site. In addition, you can also contact us with inquiries regarding the work. We welcome inquiries by e-mail or telephone.
